I note you have had now 3 meetings since June but have not as yet published the minutes for any of them.
Hi Helen,
I did not receive the minutes for July, I was on holiday, and theme eating was cancelled in August. I will try to get them and will publish them ASAP. The September meeting was only held last night.
I am off to Australia tomorrow, so it may have to wait until I get there.
Regards
Stuart Jeffrey

Sorry that should have read the meeting rather than theme eating ( I must say that sounds like a fun evening event )
Cheers
Stuart
Thank you for replying so promptly Stuart.
Unfortunately the minutes for July that we would like to see pertain to our planning application for equipment for the park and your objection to parts of this application. Obviously this is a fairly large project for the village and we would have appreciated more information about the discussion at the meeting for such a decision to be taken.
Hi Helen,
I have put the Minutes on the website. I just received them from the Chairman. I spoke to Helen ( Houston) this morning after the Meeting last night and asked her what was happening with the park. She said that you were all upset, surprised, disgruntled by the comments made by the CC. I know the feeling. I said to Helen that she should come along to the next Meeting to discuss your feelings with the Community Council and find out exactly what was said and what the issues are . I spoke to Diana ( the president) this evening and asked if she could send Helen an invitation to come along to the next Meeting which she is going to do ( As many people can come as wish).
I am off to Australia tomorrow but please feel free to email me at stuartjeffrey321@btinternet.com as I will be picking up emails. Having been on committees in the vellage for 40 years I know the feeling of knocking out your pan out to get things moving and then getting negative feedback. I am sure that if you go and discuss things with the CC you will find that there are maybe valid concerns, but nothing that cannot be discussed and sorted out. I really miss the days when there were no emails, on-line information and people talked and sorted out any issues without ( sometimes) causing a battle
If I can help please let me know, and keep up the good work, it will be worth it in the end. We had similar problems when I was on a Committere to set up the toddlers play park more years ago than I wish to remember.
Cheers
Stuart
