GALA WATER GARDEN MARKET TRAIL – SUNDAY 21st AUGUST 2022, 11AM TO 3PM
Stow Pump Track Group are delighted that the second Gala Water Garden Market Trail is taking place this weekend!
Everyone – local businesses and individuals – are all welcome to have a stall in your garden selling whatever you like: clothes; bric-a-brac; baking; crafts; furniture; plants…. it’s entirely up to you!
The Gala Water Garden Market Trail is a great opportunity for us all to get out and about round our villages, meeting new people, and selling our crafts, our no longer needed items or just about anything from the comfort of our own gardens!
There will be a £5 charge to have your stall listed on the Trail map and all money raised will go directly to helping to fund the Stow Pump Track. We will produce maps showing which houses are taking part and you can promote your own stall ahead of the sale day on a dedicated Facebook page.
This is a great way to build on the fantastic Stow Swap It Facebook group and all do our bit for recycling things we no longer need at the same time as raising money for our community, putting a few pounds in our own pockets or raising money for your own charity.
We’ve already got a good number of people taking part – but the more the better and we will publicise the sale widely throughout the Borders! Last year we had people travelling from Edinburgh and Hawick to come!
