Join our community ride this Sunday from Stow / Fountainhall along AULD LICHT RAILWAY with a coffee at Lauder Community Centre afterwards – ebikes must be booked in advanced (£6 for members £15 for non members. Membership costs £30 a year with first ride included in that price). You can join the ride for free on your own bike ! Just turn up around 9am at Stow Cycle Hub, Stow Station House. Join at Fountainhall at 10am. There is always a mix of pedal power & ebikes.
Please note this is not a lead ride , it is a informal community ride – you are responsible for your own safety but we will be around to support you – under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. Weight limits apply for the child seats/ child trailer but they are normally suitable for up to age.
Unusually, this week’s ride includes some grass/ gravel sections, so isn’t suitable for skinny tyres.
If you’d like your bike safety checked before the ride, for a small donation, pop in to the hub sometime this week (Tues – Sat 10-4)
