STOW BOWLING CLUB IS HOSTING A SPECIAL JUBILEE DAY FOR PLAYING AND SOCIAL MEMBERS, SUNDAY 5 JUNE.
With the Stow v Killochyett competition on Sunday 5th June coinciding with the Jubilee weekend. the committee thought we would amend this slightly.
Once the match has been played we can announce the ‘Windsors’ and ‘Losers’.
We aim to have a Royal afternoon tea with scones, fresh cream and jam etc half way through the afternoon. So if you could bring your favourite scones the club will provide the teas and coffees, the jam and cream.
Oh and one more thing……………………… you will need to wear either something red, white and Blue or dress up in something ‘Royal’ i.e. Mary Queen of Scots, a Beefeater, wear a crown, etc, but don’t forget you will need to play bowls in it!
